Which payment method do you accept?
We accept all major credit card companies (American express, Master Card and Visa) + Apple pay, PayPal and of course Bitcoin (via BitPay).

Are your prices tax-included?
Yes for every customers outside Canada.
We need to tax all Canadians since we are in the province of Quebec.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All of our prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Currency exchanges are done at the time of purchase through your credit card company.
Please contact your individual issuer for details on their currency conversion rates.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to most countries in America, Europe, Asia and Australia to name a few! All of the countries that we ship to are listed on checkout page when choosing shipping address.

My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?
Shipping time depends on the destination country and on the product, and varies between 5-25 business days.
If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier.
Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.
Can I get a refund? Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all details.
If your shipment is trackable, we will include the tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email.
Who ships my package?
Fedex, USPS or Local mail carriers are used most frequently.
If your package includes tracking, you will be provided with a link that will direct you to the carrier's website.
Can I get a discount?
Yes! If you post a photo of yourself wearing our product on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, be sure to tag us and we'll provide a 20% discount to you.
